Case Studies

The Magellan Group specializes in the acquisition of Class B and C industrial properties and manufacturing facilities that can be repositioned and/or converted to a higher and better use. Targeted properties will be in excellent strategic locations but handicapped with physical, leasing, or use challenges. The Magellan Group employs a number of strategies to extract maximum value from its investments including repositioning, conversion, leasing and redevelopment.

Over the years, Magellan has successfully employed these strategies throughout several cycles of the real estate market and across a variety of asset types. Evident throughout the process are Magellan's core strengths: experience, relationships, speed of execution, and effective asset management. A proven track record of success encourages deal flow, while broad industry relationships and quick execution are competitive advantages. The following case studies illustrate The Magellan Group's strategies and underlying strengths from acquisition to exit.
