- Development: Development encompasses value added projects from repositioning and ground up construction through more basic cosmetic rehabilitation. Development activities include securing entitlements, project design, and construction management.
- Leasing: Leasing and its related disciplines are core strengths at Magellan, where lease negotiations are a fundamental value added activity on nearly every project.
- Property Management: Key to the execution of each business plan is effective property management which in addition to leasing includes budgeting, reporting, collecting rents, executing tenant improvements and managing tenant relations.
- Finance/Accounting: Magellan's team of finance and accounting professionals is responsible for ensuring that the firm's deal structures and reporting systems optimize business opportunities and keep all investors and lenders accurately informed.
- Asset Management: The asset management team at Magellan is responsible for establishing the goals and strategies for each asset and for monitoring the execution of property level business plans. The asset management team also oversees dispositions and is responsible for achieving optimal execution in the market consistent with the goals of the investors.
